About
Hello, my name is Hamilton and I'm here to coach you on your path!
I am an electrical engineer graduated from USP and have worked in the energy industry for the last 15 years.
I lived a corporate career for 9 years in Brazil, starting with an internship in talent programs and reaching a leadership position where I fell in love with developing and training people.
In 2016, I received the opportunity and position abroad and moved to Australia. I worked in the same segment until 2022, always in team leadership or project management positions. During this period I looked for more information on coaching, mentoring and people development.
I returned back to Brazil in 2023 and looking for a career transition that allows me to work with what fulfills me, I trained in coaching with an emphasis on Emotional Intelligence by SBCIE (Brazilian Society of Coaching and Emotional Intelligence) and I am specializing in Emotional Intelligence.
